1. High production efficiency
All the process are automatic operation: automatic concrete batching,automatic mixing, automatic feeding,molding and demolding. One shift 8 hours can produce 50 pieces to 150 pieces per single line. The capacity depends on the specifications of the slatted panel.

T-Slats
Single t-slats are a great choice for replacing single slats in older swine barn facilities. The self-replacing design maintains accurate 1" slot spacing while allowing the opposite end to be cut to length as needed. T-slats are 4" in depth with a broom finished 5" wide top and 6" wide t-end.

1. Can this machine make my brick or other size block?
We would design and do the mold according to customer's drawing.
2. Are your company is the manufacture or trading company?

Normally 30 days after receipt of deposit and molds confirmation from Buyer.
5. What about the payment terms?
30% as down deposit by T/T, 70% as the balance paid by T/T before loading(L/C is also acceptable).
6.Does the price include the mold?
Yes, the above price includes one set mold.

8.How about the commissioning of the machine and training to workers?
Yes, after finish the installation of the block production line, our engineer will do the testing and commissioning, and make the most suitable ratio of the materials to make the blocks, and train the workers how to operate and maintain the machines.
