Product Description

1. Brief introduce

The suspension roller pipe making machine is an ideal machine and equipment for producing reinforced concrete pipes and prestressed reinforced concrete pipes. The machine can produce reinforced concrete pipes with various interface types with a length of 2-5 meters and an inner diameter of ¢300--¢2400mm. , widely used in municipal drainage, farmland irrigation, highway culverts, deep wells, etc.

How it works: the roller shaft is used to support the pipe mold and generate roller pressure on the concrete in the pipe mold. When the roller drives the pipe mold to run at high speed, the concrete in the pipe mold is distributed along the inner wall of the pipe mold under the action of centrifugal force, forming a tube shape. When the pipe mold drives the internal concrete to rotate through the rollers, the concrete between the rollers and the pipe mold is compacted to form the pipe body.




2. Advantages
    1). Short production cycle: Due to the good forming effect of directly rolling concrete with rollers, the time required is short, and each pipe only needs 3-5 minutes of rapid rolling time.
   2). Suspension roller pipe making uses dry hard concrete, no waste slurry, little material waste, and does not pollute the environment.
    3). The noise generated during pipe making is low, about 80-90 decibels.
    4). The pipe has high external pressure strength and high production efficiency.
