1. Host characteristics

-The lifting mold frame allows for the production of road edge stone products of different thicknesses by adjusting the frame limit without changing the mold;
-The main oil cylinder, base, guide pillar, and other main frame parts are all made of integral castings, which can greatly extend the service life of the main engine. Under natural circumstances, the casting parts can be guaranteed to be undamaged for 20 years;

2. Mold characteristics
-The mold is a combination structure of mold core, frame, lining plate, and joint seat, which is convenient for repair and replacement
-The main parts of the mold are made of integral pouring materials, resulting in a long service life of the mold
-The upper pressure head and lower mold core are equipped with drainage holes and auxiliary drainage grooves, facilitating the rapid filtration of water during the molding process
-The pressure head and mold core are equipped with a detachable filter layer for filtering mud, which is convenient for disassembly, cleaning, and replacement
3. Molding process description
-The SMY series concrete forming machine adopts a forming process that is used to form concrete slurry through high-pressure compression. Its characteristic is that during the pressing process, the water in the slurry can be squeezed out to quickly shape and demould the green body, and during the extrusion process, the concrete slurry is locked to prevent it from losing with the water, in order to retain the strength of the finished product.
-The advantage of this process is that it can be compressed using wet concrete slurry, with fewer pores in the finished product, and good bonding between cement and sand and gravel; At the same time, compared to dry hardness, it has a more relaxed proportion in water control (15% -20%, dry hardness 6% -8%); At the same time, the molding process does not involve vibration, so the noise during mechanical operation is relatively low.
