One Concrete Block Making Machine can make different kinds of hollow blocks,solid bricks,curbstone,paving bricks,interlock bricks,ect, by changing the mold accordingly:
Product scope: It produces various bricks/blocks including color-face bricks (layered material feeding),through-body tiles,lock linkage blocks, road curb bricks, hydraulic blocks,hollow blocks, perforated bricks, and standard bricks etc.
The main frame of QT12-15 block moulding machine adopts gantry frame structure, made of oversized and super-strong section steel, which is sturdy, vibration-resistant and reliable. The design adopts independent foundation of travelling type material storage method, the raw material is ready to be used and delivered. Mesh wave type oscillating fabric structure, excellent fabric effect. Plug-in welding moulds, all made of high quality manganese steel carburised and quenched, using 100,000 moulds without shape change and wear. It can form a simple production line with PL1200 batching machine, JS500 or JS750 mixer, 8m belt conveyor, and stacker.
This machine is a mechanical, hydraulic, computer automatic control integrated technology-based equipment, featuring high efficiency, reasonable design, compact structure, simple operation and convenient maintenance. The block moulding is mainly done by hydraulic pressure, supplemented by mechanical pressure and vibration. The compressive strength of the block products can reach more than 15MPa (MPa), with high compactness, good frost and seepage resistance, excellent sound insulation, heat insulation and heat preservation performance, and precise external dimensions.
