1. Automatic batching system

2. Stirring system (mixing system )
This system abandons the traditional mixer design, analyzes the flow characteristics of quartz sand and the running trajectory of the stirring rod, adopts PLC programming and frequency conversion speed regulation, and rotates and revolves as a whole. There is no mixing dead corner in the mixing area, and the quartz granular materials are made within a controlled time. , pigments, initiators, resins, etc. are fully mixed, and the amount of resin can also be reduced. All materials in contact with quartz raw materials are made of pollution-free materials to avoid contamination of the established colors.
3. Automatic Feeding system
The feeding system adopts a mechanical lifting and feeding frequency conversion design. The trolley's walking frequency conversion is suitable for the production of various board conditions. It can be used for the automatic production of single-color boards and the production process of the mixing system, and can also produce two-color boards. Automatic cloth design, added with a set of stainless steel wires, is used to cut the sticky mixture after mixing to make the material more uniform. It can well solve the thickness error caused by uneven decoration materials, and the thickness error can be easily controlled to 1mm.
4. Vacuum press system
The standard configuration of the press can produce finished plate sizes: 3270*1670mm
The press is composed of mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, vacuum and fully automatic control parts. The design of high vacuum and efficient vibration pressing makes the resin and quartz sand closely combined without pores. The amount of resin is significantly reduced, and the density, specific gravity, and The hardness can reach foreign standards; the design of the vacuum system and proportional control valve minimizes the vacuuming time and improves the pressing efficiency.
5. Curing oven system
The curing furnace uses double return oil circuits to heat the aluminum plate, which can heat the plate evenly. The oil circuit uses a whole 19x2m round copper pipe without welding or seams, which effectively avoids oil leakage in the heating plate. Ensure that the board is not contaminated.
The stroke adopts a ball screw and automatically lifts to ensure safe and stable operation.
