HFB532 block machine is a kind of semi-automatic type based on the original medium and small-scale block machine by us. It adopts four-lead ,channel steel stander making the equipment more firm and the mould and the squeeze head Orentation more precise ,and bed mould orientation vertical vibration and upper mould compression vibration ,which improves the efficiency greatly and manufactures blocks with more average density and higher strength.

It can make extensive use of gravel, river sand, mine tailings, gangue, fly ash, slag, volcanic ash and expanded perlite to produce a variety of wall block and ground block through changing different molds. The structure designed reasonable. The upper mould equipped with strong vibration motor, the lower mold equipped with a mechanical vibration box, so it can realize super vibration effect with a smaller power. Adopt four vertical shaft orientation and realized vertical directional vibration. The production of it is uniform density and high strength, the performance and quality is comparable with large equipments. Easy to operate, the operator needn't to be rigorous technical training. The production process is simple and the blocks can be maintained by natural and save energy. |
