Machine Structure:
1. We adopted imported parts from Germany in some critical parts of our machine to enhance its durability and performance
2. The main frame is built of strong hollow and rectangle steel 200*200mm with thickness 12mm
3. Vibration source(Vibration table) is isolated with the main frame to prevent the destructive vibration damage on the main frame
4. Complex structural mechanic design is sapplied on the vibration table instead of traditional one to strengthen the table and reduce its self weight

We would design and do the mould according to customer's drawing.

Normally 30 days after receipt of deposit and moulds confirmation from Buyer.

30% as down deposit by T/T ,70% as the balance paid by T/T before loading(L/C is also acceptable).
6.Does the price include the mould?
Yes,the above price includes one set mould.

8.How about the commissioning of the machine and training to workers?
Yes, after finish the installation of the block production line, our engineer will do the testing and commissioning, and make the most suitable ratio of the materials to make the blocks, and train the workers how to operate and maintain the machines.
