Aerobic fermentation intelligent treatment plant for agricultural and animal husbandry organic solid waste programme introduction

Designed with the concept of intelligence, high efficiency and practicality, it adopts aerobic microbial fermentation process to comprehensively treat and utilise organic solid wastes such as farming manure, agricultural straw, kitchen waste, traditional Chinese medicine residues, urban sludge, etc., and convert them into organic fertilizers to achieve resourceful utilisation. This solution is ideal for farms, centralised manure treatment centres, organic fertiliser production plants, sludge treatment plants and other projects.

Description:
1, organic solid waste raw materials, auxiliary materials, fermentation agent into the pre-treatment area, were added to the frequency intelligent control of the dosage bin, according to the aerobic fermentation process requirements of the moisture and nitrogen ratio of carbon, automatically proportioned out of the material, through the conveyor device into the rapid harmless treatment system, the system after 2-3 hours of rapid heating, activation of bacterial strains, deodorant fermentation, after the treatment of the material into the fermentation area, the completion of the pre-treatment.  
2, the material enters the fermentation area, and is transported to the starting end of the turning and throwing system by the automatic fabric machine, and then the turning and throwing system automatically runs in a cycle, turning and throwing backward, so as to realise the material's automatic shifting position. The fermentation tank is equipped with multi-point automatic temperature measurement, data collection, automatic control of different working sections of the air supply and oxygenation, to create a suitable temperature environment for aerobic microbial growth and expansion, to speed up the fermentation process, to achieve rapid decomposition, fermentation, putrefaction, kill pests and eggs harmless, precipitation and deodorant purposes, about 15-20 days the material fermentation is completed by an automatic discharging system to the automatic packaging system to collect the reserve area.

Introduction of important parts

1.Circulating bed type intelligent integrated fermentation equipment

This equipment process is our company combined with the market dryer multi-layer cycle heating principle and the traditional tank fermentation principle summed up a set of rapid deodorisation, rapid sterilization of eggs, rapid fermentation, waste gas collection and treatment of centralised integrated treatment equipment. This equipment from the beginning of research and development to the present has experienced 13 times of technical upgrading, this equipment has a number of production patents, a number of award certificates. It is a product with high cost performance which is trusted by small and medium-sized farms. The daily processing capacity varies from 3 cubic metres to 200 cubic metres, and the moisture content of the feed is less than or equal to 65%.

a) The structure of the equipment: equipment frame using high-strength hot-dip galvanised steel and pickled phosphate-treated steel for the host steel structure, the overall frame assembly is completed using resin whole machine pulp, internal where the material contact part of the bed selection of 304 stainless steel, including screws, centralised control system using multiple inverter computer control, the outer packaging using purification plate, the inner plate selection of nano plate, the outer plate using stainless steel plate, the inner core using 18 kg grade benzene plate. The inner core is made of 18kg benzene board.
b) Production raw materials: livestock and poultry manure, high-efficiency composite strains, auxiliary materials, including cassava slag, mushroom slag, straw powder, sawmill ash, etc. Selected to add.

Functions of circulating bed intelligent integrated fermentation equipment

(1) Rapid deodorisation: after stirring and mixing the materials into the equipment, the biological decomposition and deodorisation effect can be achieved in 4 hours.
(2) Rapid sterilisation and oviposition: after 48 hours of high temperature biodegradation at about 70 degrees inside the equipment, the sterilisation and oviposition rate of the material can reach more than 90 per cent after it comes out of the equipment.
(3) Rapid fermentation: the material in the continuous high temperature aerobic condition for 48 hours can reach the primary fermentation, the moisture of the feed material is controlled at about 65 per cent, and the moisture of the discharged material can reach about 45 per cent. 
(4) Unified collection of exhaust gas: the equipment internal convex top design plus suction fan through the spray tower multi-layer atomisation to join the micro-organisms and gas can be discharged to meet the standards. 
(5) Save labour, electricity and time: the whole set of equipment using centralised control of the overall operation requires only 1-2 people can. Only 7-10 degrees of electricity is needed to deal with each square of material, and the equipment selects multi-layer circulating bed fermentation to use the heat generated by the bottom material to supply the top material to start temperature fermentation.


2.Rapid Enzymatic Fertiliser Making Machine for Agricultural and Livestock Wastes

2).The operation of the equipment is extremely simple, just pour the livestock and poultry manure into the storage hopper directly into the equipment with a conveyor belt, high temperature stirring and mixing inside the equipment, it only takes two hours to achieve rapid activation of biological strains of bacteria, the organic matter in the manure enzyme digestion, so as to achieve rapid deodorant effect.

3.Wheel Turning Machine

Wheel disc type turning machine span specification: 6-32 metres; turning depth: 1.2-2.5 metres; suitable for large span, high depth of livestock and poultry manure, sludge rubbish and other organic waste fermentation and turning, widely used in organic fertilizer factories, sludge rubbish factories and other fermentation and putrefaction.

4.Liquid manure full volume treatment plant

This equipment is combined with bedding fermentation bed treatment mode, for duck manure, pig manure and other liquid manure integrated treatment and use. It is composed of stirring and mixing, extracting and conveying, spraying and turning, shifting and ferrying, aeration and ventilation, exhaust gas treatment and other institutions.
