1. High production efficiency
All the process are automatic operation: automatic concrete batching,automatic mixing, automatic feeding,molding and demolding.
One shift 8 hours can produce 50 pieces to 150 pieces per single line. The capacity depends on the specifications of the slatted
panel.

1. Can this concrete slat making machine make customized sizes of slats?
We would design and manufacture the mold according to customer's drawing.
2. Are your company is the manufacturer trading company?
We direct factory with two slat machine and concrete block machine factories, we are not an agent or trading company, and the quality and after-sale services are guaranteed.
3. How can I trust the quality of the machine?
All of our machines passed ISO 9001-2000 and CE Certificates, and we have 32 years experiences on concrete slat machine and brick machine manufacturing. We will do fully test our machines before shipment, make sure every equipment works well. We have exported
our machines to more than 100 countries and regions.
4. When do you deliver the concrete slat machines and production line equipment?
Normally 30 days after receipt of deposit and molds confirmation from Buyer.
5. What about the payment terms?
30% as down deposit by T/T, 70% as the balance paid by T/T before loading(L/C is also acceptable).
6.Does the price include the mold?
Yes, the above price includes one set mold.

8.How about the commissioning of the machine and training to workers?
Yes, after finish the installation of the concrete slat production line and all machines, our engineer will do the testing and
commissioning, and make the most suitable ratio of the materials to make the concrete slats, and train the workers how to operate and maintain the machines.
