Quartz is a mineral resource with very stable physical and chemical properties. Quartz stone is an abbreviation for the plates produced by current quartz stone plate manufacturers. Because the main component of the plate is quartz content of more than 93%, it is called For quartz stone.
Quartz stone production process:
Collection of raw materials----material selection----ingredients----mixing----fabric----vacuum forming press plate----heating and curing setting----thickness fixing machine-- --Trimming by trimming machine----Polishing by polishing machine----Inspection----Laminating and storage.
Process flow description:
1. Raw material collection: Purchase of raw and auxiliary materials such as glass, quartz, resin, etc.
2. Material selection: Use fans, iron removal equipment, and manual selection to remove impurities, iron filings, etc. from the granular raw materials.
3. Ingredients: After selecting materials, transport the materials into the mixing system. The materials are fully mixed in the gravity-free medium mixer to eliminate the problem of material color difference and particle uniformity. After the mixing is completed, it is transported to the corresponding batching warehouse, and the batching system automatically batches the ingredients during production.
4. Stirring: Fully stir and mix the unsaturated polyester resin, pigments, additives and granular powder.
5. Distribution: The mixed material passes through the conveyor belt and enters the fabric car, and then the material is evenly distributed into the fabric mold frame by the fabric car.
6. Vacuum vibration forming press platen: After the cloth is completed, it is transferred to the press equipment and vibrated and pressed under a vacuum condition of -0.1MPa.
7. Heating, curing and shaping: After the pressing is completed, the blank is put into the curing furnace for heating and shaping at 85-110°C.
8. Polishing by thickness setting machine: After the blank is solidified, it is cooled down for 24 hours and then enters the thickness set
Hongfa series artificial quartz stone cutting machine of the vibration vacuum pressing quartz production line is used for plate of quartz stone in vertical and horizontal cutting . It can make the plate pass continuously on the production line and cut down turnover of the plate . There are 4 blade and 5 blade two types according to the different thickness of plate,the plate can be cut in two parts .The biggest plate can be cut into 3 sizes ,2500mm/3100mm/3300mm and so on ,reliable guide rail and spindle structure make sure the incision straightness , automatic control operational process,computer show data,the length and width can be adjusted within certain limits.
