Multipurpose Concrete Brick Making Machine Model QT4-15D with 4000 pieces Hollow Blocks One Day
1. The brick making machine is built of strong section steel with 4 guiding columns.
2. Height adjustment of feed table is made through a hand winch..
3. The movement of the block machine mould is driven by hydraulic.
· The seat of brick making machine mould head is equipped with synchronized connecting rod so that both sides of two ends of mould can work up and down synchronously and reduce the friction between sleeves and columns.
4. The system consists of two twin-shaft heavy-duty special synchronous vibrators fixed on vibrating table.
5. The vibrator of the block making machine has 2 synchronized unbalances and generating vertical oscillations. Due to this force vibrating table, the pallet and the mould filled with concrete move up and down, the concrete in the mould is compacted.
6. The vibrator is patent product which equipped the electronic brake system. The vibrating frequency and amplitude is adjusted according to the products and material.
7. There are many shock absorbing pads between vibrating table and body.
