what's AAC/ALC ?
Autoclaved aerated concrete concrete block/autoclaved lightweight concrete panel is high intensive lightweight artificial stone through the autoclaved curing with the basic composition of calcareous and siliceous materials,porous structure formed by chemical gas generation method .Autoclaved aerated concrete block is,as it were,autoclaved cellular silicate concrete adopted a special method of chemical gas . Currently,the product of autoclaved aerated concrete block is one of the important raw materials of all kinds of high - rise building structure in domestic,and no other product is to replace and is in the ascendant in the future,with no risk ,matured technology,no investment risk,and accord with the state industrial policy .

Hongfa AAC production line includes:raw material preparation → mixing & pouring → molding → curing & cutting → steam generating system → autoclaving → finished products upload & packing
I .Raw material preparation for AAC plant
1. Milling sand (fly ash no need mill) and to make slurry
2. Lime:crushing - milling (or to buy lime power directly)
3. Gypsum : to mill with sand or input with fly ash then to make slurry directly

Dry and wet ball mill for lime and sand
III . Slurry batching
The prepared and stored raw materials to be used are metered ,adjusted for temperature and concentration,and a small amount of dosing materials are metered on-site,and then fed to the stirring equipment in turn according to the process requirements .
IIII. Pouring
In this process ,the materials that are put into the mixer after the previous batching prosess are measured and adjusted if necessary,and the materials that meet the time,temperature,and consistency requirements of the process are made,then pouring into the mold.the pouring process is an important process that can form a good pore structure,and it constitutes the core link of aerated production as the batching process

3.Staggered batching process.the batching building is divided into two and staggered .It simpliifies the layout of equipment and building structure,and meets the requirements of staff space and equipment layout .
4.Integrated layout technology,which arranges the batching,pouring,pre-cultivation,cutting ,bottom removal,marshalling and other processes in the same workshop.Uses hydraulic lifting and conveying equipment to sparate the walking guide from the main body of the workshop and reduce the height of the workshop .Layout ,avoiding dead corners in the building,shortening the return path of waste slurry,reducing the moving space of operators and improving work efficiency.
Why AAC brick?
Compressive strength of autoclaved aerated concrete block is different due to its bulk weight and production process. Compressive strength is also generally higher when bulk weight is larger and products of the same bulk weight has also different strength due to the difference of the production process.Provisions in China standard 2-3 strength grades in a volume-weight grade, to facilitate the selection of design, application of the unit or more flexibility.

AAC firewall panels substantially outperform its alternatives, such as concrete wall elements. For
example, a 15 cm thick firewall made of AAC can withstandIup to 6 hours of direct fire exposure.Aircrete
wall panels do not burn, they are cdassified as non-combustible, having a Euroclass of A1 (the highest
possible) and have a 'cdass 0' (zero) surface spread of flame. Installing Aircrete firewalls significantly
improves operational safety when it comes to protection against fire.Industrial warehouses, storage
areas,logistics centres and other constructions benefit significantly from Aircrete' s excellent fire
protection properties. Standard AAC firewalls can withstand temperatures of up to 1200° C at least for 4
hours.Note:Fire resistance properties of AAC firewalls depend on product thickness and finishing type.
