Horizontal pipe making machine is an ideal machine and equipment for producing reinforced concrete pipe and pre-stressed reinforced concrete pipe, which can produce reinforced concrete pipe of various interface types with length 1-5 metres and inner diameter ¢300-¢2400mm, and it is widely used in municipal drainage, agricultural irrigation, highway culverts, deep wells and so on.
The working principle is: the use of roller to support the pipe mould, and the concrete inside the mould to generate roller pressure. When the roller drives the pipe mould for high-speed operation, the concrete inside the pipe mould is distributed along the inner wall of the pipe mould under the action of centrifugal force, forming a tube. When the concrete inside the mould is rotated by the roller shaft, the concrete between the roller shaft and the mould is compacted to form a tube.

Working Principle:Using extrusion to form concrete in the mould tube.
Production specifications: each section length of 1 metre or less, diameter 150--1000MM, 5--10 minutes/section.The cement pipe produced is mainly used for urban community development, township and rural construction of drainage and small bridges, the disadvantage of its low gravity bearing capacity and low strength.
