CE Certificated Llightweight Concrete Hollow EPS Cement Wall Panel Molding Machine
1.Main Feasture:
(1)The machine adopts PLC and touch screen control, automatic filling, electronic weighing, temperature control, material level control to realize automatic production.
(2) With the same machine, it can adjust the panel size and thickness. The thickness will be from 60 to 180mm.
(3) The closed constant pressure foamng barrel features of high heating efficiency and saves stem.
(4)High precise guiding pressure reducing valve controls the temperature and steam pressure of the
closed barrel, ensuring the outcome pressure of the valve constant and the inner temperature controlled
wihin ±1%, which keeps the foamed material equal and prevents the bead agglomerate because of the
bad temperature control.
(5)With photoelectric or vibration sensor to control material level, ensuring density tolerance within ±3%.
(6)The machine is equipped with fluidized bed dryer, including drying, automatic sieving, depluming and
material conveying to silos.
(7)Most components are of world-famous brands, with reliable performance, stable quality, long service
life and low maintenance cost.

1. Materials of Hongfa Brand EPS Wall Panel
EPS sandwich cement wall board is a new type of high-grade light wall panel material with EPS mortar as core material, calcium silicate board/fiber cement board as the surface material(or no board) and properly mixed with fly ash, slag and additives, and the panel formed by the EPS wall board making machine.
1) Outside (with side board or without)
- Calcium silicate board,Cement fiber board.
- Also can be without the side board.
2) Inside (core material)
- Cement, Foam EPS ,Gypsum, Fly Ash, Sand , Saw Dust, Ceramic Particle, Stone, Additives, etc.
2. Common Specifications of EPS cement wall sandwich panel
length 2440mm, width 610mm, thickness 60-180mm (size and thickness can be adjusted,Other size such as length 3000mm, 3200mm, 3500mm, 4000mm can be customized). The two surfaces of the new type composite sandwich board are composed of high strength water resistant calcium silicate board with good waterproof properties; good thermal insulation EPS bonding mortar as Core material; The product is of structural function , waterproof and thermal insulation performance, mainly used as building wall partition.If the waterproof treatment is good, it can also be used for external walls.

Advantage of wall panel
(A) Lightweight: The raw materials used are Lightweight aggregates, fly ash,etc, non-reinforced concrete, gravel and other heavy feedstock. So it has the characteristics of lightweight, which is only 1/16 weight of the brick and concrete structure.
(B)Insulation Resistance: As this new wall panel is core of EPS insulation materials, which insulation performance is extremely advantageous and meet the building energy efficiency design standards, and rank first among similar products.
(C) Permeability Resistance: The bibulous rate of this new wall panel is only 3.3%,which has reached the international advanced level in the same industry.
(D) Fireproof performance: this kind of wall panel is non-burning, and according to the testing, it is reasonable fireproof materials, for the 90mm thickness wall panel, the fireproof performance can be more 3 hours.
(E) Soundproofing: As new wall panel is using EPS as core, it has good sound insulation and air aspiration, which is more than 40 db sound insulation.

1. Mixing plant
HONGFA mixing plant consists of mixer, movable infusion unit and aggregating system. It can mix all raw material automatically and record every data for production. 3.6CBM capacity mixer guarantees infusion efficiency. It only needs about 15seconds to finish a panel with size 2440*610*100mm.
2. De-molding machine
De-molding machine can pull the cured panels out deirectly, Hongfa design it based on 6 years panel manufacturing experience, make it possible that demolding machine is movable, after demolding, the molds can be installed immediately without any delay. Multiwork is possible so efficiency is triple compared to traditional vertical manual and semi horizontal production line.
3.Recycling unit
Recycling unit can save eveything in production, waste slurry settling in underground mixer, the cement and sand will be pumped into mixer again for next mixing cycle. Keep production clean and make waste recycling, cost saving.
