HFP540M EPS Sandwich wall panel making Machine Features:

1. PLC control system, the mould opening and closing is hydraulic, hence it can be controlled automatic.
2. This wall panel molding machine can produce the lightweight panel length of 3000mm, width of 600mm, thickness ranges from 60mm to 200mm. Panel size is very flexible according to can customers requirement by changing aluminum strips mould.
3. Electrical and steam-powered heating system makes de-molding fast, which is very efficient and time saving..
4. Because forming mold chamber has high stiffness. So panel making has high precision, the thickness is prospective, and the surface of panel is smooth.
4. Plastic core tube is lining metal tube, so it is durable, free washing, pulling tube by electric.
5. The molding machine adopts hydraulic and combining mold, it guarantees products accurate size, hence this distinguishes it from traditional equipment.
