Main Features:
(1)The machine adopts PLC and touch screen control, automatic filling, electronic weighing, temperature control, material level control to realize automatic production.
(2) With the same machine, it can adjust the panel size and thickness. The thickness will be from 60 to 180mm.
(3) The closed constant pressure foamng barrel features of high heating efficiency and saves stem.
(4)High precise guiding pressure reducing valve controls the temperature and steam pressure of the closed barrel, ensuring the outcome pressure of the valve constant and the inner temperature controlled wihin ±1%, which keeps the foamed material equal and prevents the bead agglomerate because of the bad temperature control.
(5)With photoelectric or vibration sensor to control material level, ensuring density tolerance within ±3%.

Water requirements: To produce 1000m2 panels per day we require 20 ton of water only. No special requirements of water quality, ordinary clean water can be used for production.
Electricity requirement: Installed power about 150 kw (depending on the capacity and type of mold cars).
Requirements of Air and Steam: Air compressor 1 set, and 0.5t-1t capacity boiler.
Workers requirement: A staff & workers' strength of about 6-10 is enough to run a 5 Automatic mold car plant.

WARRANTY
1.HONGFA warrants that each new plant installation is free from any manufacturing defects affecting the plant performance at the time of acceptance of the plant. The warranty is 12 months from the date of shipment reaches the port of the buyer.
2.It shall be a prerequisite for any warranty claims that the Buyer has duly observed its statutory responsibilities with respect to inspection, maintenance proper use of the plant and has notified the defect to HONGFA as soon as it is noticed. HONGFA shall take prompt action to rectify that subject to force-majeure.
Warranty shall stand laps if it is found that any losses has arisen as a consequence of the following: Inappropriate or improper use of the plant, incorrect assembly or commissioning by the Buyer or third parties, fair wear and tear, incorrect or negligent handling, unsuitable process materials, substituted materials of construction, inadequate civil or building work, unsuitable foundations, chemical, electrochemical or electrical influences, third party unauthorized alterations or repairs in inappropriate manner unless specifically authorized by HONGFA in writing or under their own
